Siouxland Freedom Park

1801 Veterans Drive
South Sioux City, NE 68776

The park’s centerpiece is a 250-foot granite replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C. The wall bears the names of more than 58,000 service members who died during the Vietnam War, including many with connections to the Siouxland area.

Walking trails, a towering American flag, and additional military memorials make the park a peaceful place to spend time outdoors while learning about the sacrifices made by generations of service members. Siouxland Freedom Park offers an experience that is both educational and deeply moving. It is more than a park; it is a tribute to courage, service, and the freedoms we enjoy every day. It is a worthwhile stop for visitors of all ages and a special way to discover the history and community pride that make South Sioux City unique.
