Visit Nebraska Grant Cycle Open to Applicants

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Lincoln, Neb. - (October 13, 2026) - Visit Nebraska’s grant cycle is now open for applications.

Funding opportunities assist Destination Organizations, travel industry businesses and tourism-focused communities and regions with destination planning efforts and the development of fresh, innovative tourism marketing initiatives. Applicants are encouraged to partner with their Destination Organization, the central voice of their community or region that promotes a cohesive message, inviting travelers from far and wide to explore all they have to offer.

“Great ideas are happening all across Nebraska, and sometimes they just need a little help getting off the ground,” said Jenn Gjerde, executive director of Visit Nebraska. “These grants give our communities and tourism partners a chance to try something new, tell their story in a fresh way and create even more reasons for people to get out and explore Nebraska.”

Community Activation Manager, Jenna Bartja, and Grant Administrator, Heather Hogue will host an upcoming webinar for interested applicants on October 20, 2026 at 10:00am CDT. Join the call here.

The grant cycle is open until December 16, 2026. Grant recipients will be announced February 16, 2027. Click here to view the grant guidelines.
